I dont know im afriaid, but just search the internet for prices and look in RIDEbmx magazine and stuff.
How old is it? how trashed is it (like has he been riding it over huge dirt jumps for 2hours every day for the past year?)? Can u get it NEW on offer for that price? Has your friend added any higher quality parts to it but if so, has he added them mechanically properly?
You really just need to think about it and do a little research. Presumably since its a friend, hes not going to trick u into buying something crap. But have a good look at it and judge for urself whether its worth it.

If you want to find that out you might find it out on www.harobikes.com. You could look in bmx magazines and might find things about it. You could look on a finger bike toy package and the finger bike could be the haro basher in it and could find out some things about it. I hoped I helped. Good bye. :)
