Any reason not to get this Nashbar CX carbon fork with disk tabs over the name brands (True Temper, Woundup, Winwood)? It's only $150, weighs 480 g (less than all of the others), and comes with disk tabs. Do I NEED it? No. But heck it costs about the same or less than some of the heavy steel forks out there? Only drawback, no eyelets for racks.
I'm thinking about using it for a S&S coupled Gunnar Crosshairs for fireroads, light singletrack, touring, portable roadie, and maybe a CX race down the road.

for what it's worth, i think it might actuallybe the winwood fork.
Plus there is a 20% off coupon at Nashbar right now.
It looks exactly like the Winwood I own. But it doesn't weigh 480g -- more like 680, I think, possibly more.
Sounds like more thumbs up than down. Will likely go for it.
