Ah.... all is right in the world again.

Today I was able to ride outside on a sunny day, and I had to remove layers because I was actually too warm.

OLN started broadcasting racing from Europe, and I was able to hear Paul and Bob again. I was worried when they first came on screen and Phil wasn't there; good to know he'll be back.

And it's most certainly good to hear the countdown clock at the start of the prologue again: "Boop... boop... boop... BEEEP!"

It won't be too long until we're hearing cowbells clanging as wheels and chains rattle over the pave.

A LBS has some yellow and black "Lion of Flanders" socks. I may just have to pick up a pair of those soon!

Well, it will be 54 degrees tomorrow, then back to the 40's with wind, rain and snow showers by Tuesday and continuing for several days. We're not out of the woods yet.

Good point (no pun intended). I am allergic to bee stings, so I carry a syringe with epinephrine when I ride. I've been looking for a "Festina" sticker to put on the case. When I was flying internationally with my bike last summer, I had left the syringe in my seat bag. During the flight I thought to myself, "Gee - a syringe packed with cycling equipment. That won't look too suspicious when I go through security and customs..." Fortunately it turned out to be a non-issue.
