I know nothing about it otherwise, but I have a reference that shows it to be slightly heavier than Reynolds 501 - which is the heaviest of the Reynolds "lightweight" framesets.
Oria was an Italian tube manufacturers thar gained some prominence in the late 1980s, after Moser used their tubing on his world hour record frame. The tubing was found primarily on Italian bicycles. Like most manufacturers, they produced a range of tubing. If you know the tubeset name, I may be able to provide some specifics on the tubing, like weight and wall thicknesses, so that you can relate it to a comparable Columbus or Reynolds tubeset.

My daccordi had Oria tubing. Good stuff from what I can recall, just locally made in Verona, Italy I beleive and sold to local manufacturers. It just never received the marketing of Columbus or gained the mistique of Reynolds.
Google "tubi oria" and run any of the 200 or so finds through Babelfish and translate them from italian.
