Hi, Less than 3 weeks until I fly out to San Diego to then start a cross country ride to Ocean City, NJ.
Interesting type of charity ride: When someone gives me ride support ( a backyard to pitch my tent, a bed, a meal) I write a check to the American Cancer Society, which they then give to their Relay For Life event.
The "support donor" is the real donor. I am just a vehicle that converts the ride support into $$$ that go to the American Cancer Society. I think it is illegal to mention my website name, but I think if you google "relayride" you might find it.
Done some other long rides. I think I like riding "somewhere".
