Hi there,

if you bike has a Integrated Headset do you need a special fork if you were to replace your current fork?

In theory you would need an integrated headset fork which has a flattened crown. I've heard people get away with a standard fork though.

Conversely I have a beater non integrated headset bike with a Reynolds Ouzo integrated fork. Doesn't look at that weird.
