The AeroHead is a 22mm width. You can use tires from 20mm to 30mm without any problems. However, For anyone to recommend a specific width or brand/model more info. is required. Type of bike and intended use would help.

Just measured the Velocity Aerohead rim here in my workshop as 20mm outside to outside. I use these on my internal geared touring bike with 28s and they seem fine.
