Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

HHH is my only full century that I ride (just to prove I'm alive).
Chainring is at the sametime as Oklahoma freewheel. So if I can slow things down I'll do freewheel.
Welcome to the forums --even if you are an "old" rider. At only 53, I don't think so. (There was quite a discussion about this several months ago. It was started by DnvrFx and might be fun for you to look at in the archives.) Hope you'll have a lot of questions and answers to share with the rest of us.

If you are an old roadie, I must be an "ancient" roadie. I am not sure I think that is a compliment??
You have a lot of company here. I am one of the younger oldsters at 62+. Many more older. So, despite your thoughts about yourself, you are really a "young" roadie.
