All reviews I find about it mention immediate upgrades are necessary.... Fairly lowend bike it appears. Their value drops real fast too. I can't give you an honest unbiased opinion. I spend waaaay to much on my bike & components.... $130 is almost 1/2 of what I have in my brakes alone. I just feel that you get what you pay for. That's "my" opinion I suppose.... Good Luck!

Personally, i wouldnt bother, if it isnt what you want, and your buying it because its cheap, whats the point, you wont be truly happy with it, so why settle?
Dont rush these things, wait and get your Hardrock :D
If I was single, I'd buy it. Nothing like having a spare to screw around on, or loan to a (chicky) friend. Maybe not the ideal bike for everyone, but if it rolls, shifts and brakes, $130 is a good deal. I have nothing against cheap bikes, as long as you've got realistic expectations of it. Three of my bikes range in price from about AU$5k up to $10k or so, but it's the one I built from old spares and a custom frame that's the most fun. What were you looking to do with this bike? Will it fit your needs?

if all fails i can always just go and buy a new hardrock sport, but thats boring ;) . I m not rushing into getting one, since its still cold in ny, , I m sure i ll find a decent deal soon, thanx guys, and sorry to keep bugging you guys heh
If you have to ask how bad something is...... I'd avoid it

Very good advise... I think this is correct in many things in life.

Oi! ;) I just got my Hardrock Sport this Friday and it feels awesome. What do you mean boring?! :P Anyway, I find "If all fails, I can always just go and buy a new Hardrock Sport" wrong. :P If that fails, THEN try and find a deal. ;)
