Hi potus
The race program April 20 has not been decided yet.
It announces deciding the race program on the evening, April 19.
You can enter the hall with the admission ticket of that day. (maybe 100yen)
You need not buy the ticket beforehand.
It is atmosphere from the gambling place Keirin-jyo to the casino.
However, please note that the casino doesn't have feeling of luxury.
Taking a picture in Keirin-jyo is a prohibition as well as the casino.
It is necessary to take a picture with Digital camera so that it is not found by the guard member wanting take a picture of Keirin race by you.
I think that it is difficult for you to bet race money.
Because it doesn't explain how in English to bet.
You think ..win.. bet by whose.. racing to be happy.
You can bet by the unit of 100yen.
I recommend you to go with the friend who understands Japanese.

Hi bostontrevor
Keirin of Japan is sports of gambling.
The person's entrance is severely managed from the outside so that Keirin of Japan may maintain fair and safety. (Because the injustice of the race is lost)
It is not possible to cover if apply to the society and not permitted at official coverage.
Generally, it is not possible to enter he equipment room.
This photograph is also informal.
Because,I cannot make the name of this Keirin Velodrome public.

Hi G'morning
Players of the International Keirin participation of nine racers came to Japan on April 4.
Training began in 333,400m track of Japan Keirin School of Shizuoka Prefecture.
Lectures of competition rules and the law, etc. are attended in the morning.

I met three racers in TACHIKAWA Keirin track(International Keirin in Japan 3rd stage) that would start from tomorrow.

JOSE ANTONIO ESCUREDO said that it was regrettable the disqualification of 2nd stage.
The difference of the rule with Keirin of an overseas Keirin race and Japan was recognized.

RENE WOLFF has broken his bike frame(GIANT painted Norwid brand) by the fall of 2nd stage final race.
He had exchanged it for frame of LEVEL of Keirin frame maker in Japan. (Keirin school's preliminary frame)
He said that riding comfort was very good.
Keirin association of Japan guarantees the frame and the part exchange that breaks due to the fall accident.
It was fortunately said that his injury was left large thigh part bruise extent and a slight injury.

JOSIAH NG was very pleased with my visit today (May.3)
When I spoke the thing of Chongo of Bike Forums, it was pleased again.
The physical condition maintenance seemed to go well to him.
The exchange of front tires was commanded to him by the bicycle inspection by the inspection man.

He seems to have made the side wall of a tire dirty.
The inspection of the tire of Keirin is inspected very severely.
It is because the dazzling sum is bet on each race.
When playing a game the public management, inevitability is not permitted.

His speed has not become weak at all.
