Road Cycling - Sidi Titan 2's

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I bought a pair with money I got at my graduation party. I love them!!! They fit beautifully! They are light, well ventilated, and have killer looks. For 150 bones the Sidi's are a pretty good deal. I tried some Nike shoes but the heal in them were way to big, even though the toe box fit pretty well.
After hundreds of miles in MTB shoes and TIMES, I am now full roadie with real road shoes and LOOK pedals. My legs are even shaved right now. I'm getting these little red spots though, it looks like my razor is maybe a little dull and it yanked a few hairs out rather than cut them down.

Welcome to the fraternity. You'll know you've really arrived when you find yourself clearing nostrils with a blast to the side and sticking a hand down to adjust yourself when in public and off the bike. :D
I really like Sidi shoes, For some reason, they're the only shoes that really fit me. And the Titans are very nice...
BTW, since Fubar didn't do it, I will:

Pics take to long to upload with dial up, so I won't be posting a whole lot of them any more.
Anyhow, those are the shoes! Aren't they beautiful?? I love them!
I have actually ahem, cough, "adjusted myself" in public. Later it dons on me what I did and how disgusting them public might regard such a thing. But hey, a a guy's gotta do what a guy's gotta do you know??

I am currently looking for a better pair of cycling shoes, and I will check Sidi out. I have been cycling for a little over a month now, but I have yet to shave my legs. I don't know if I could stand that fact of having no hair on my legs, it's just too weird.

No hair is way better than hair!!!
Just make sure you rinse your legs with cold water to close your pores, which will decrease risk of infection.

you'll get used to it, just don't show the wifey the first time your doing it or she will have those weird look at you, and as for buying the first road Bike shoes, Sidi is really good, If I can afford it I will buy one myself,
