Advocacy & Safety - Anyone going to Critical Mass in Burlington, VT this month?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I assume you meet at Red Square, no? What time?
There's a CM here?

Burlington was on a list of CM rides I found on the net. There was a website given, though when I checked it out, there was nobody home.
Guess the answer to our questions is, "No."
It might be fun to get a huge group of riders to cross the Winooski bridge and ride around the neighborhood (legally) in Colchester. Some of those people still haven't gotten over that thing being built.

Did I see a critical mass ride last Friday around 10:30ish out at Taft's Corners? I was riding the opposite direction and there were maybe 40 or so riders headed away from Burlington. There was also a truck from Channel 3 filming them coming down the road. I was headed into work, so I didn't have time to stop and ask what was going on.
There is a CM in Burlington. They meet at the fountain behind City Hall. If you are interested, I can PM you an article I wrote regarding my experiences whenI rode with them.
