Could anyone help me out with a good spoke length for Shimano DX Hubs laced to 36h Campagnolo Thorr rims (the 26" MTB ones). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

these lengths are for shimano DX BMX hubs

front, 3x: 261.7mm
rear, 3x left: 259.3mm
rear, 3x right:259.5mm

so I would need to buy 3 sets of spokes to make 1 wheelset? Geez, in the bmx world 1 set of spokes will build 2 wheels almost every time...

further questions, if I am buying 3 spoke lenghts why not go for a radial front and a radial non drive side. Can anyone help me with the lenghts for that?

Do not radially lace a hub with 36h. Radially lacing puts abnormal stress on the flange, and there isnt a heck of a lot of material between each hole with 36h. No manufacturer will answer to a warranty call if their hub was radially laced. And if your using disc brakes forget it.

No disc brakes here and the hubs are far from something I would warranty, however if 3 cross is universally recommended, 3 cross it shall be. To add something more, would it be acceptable to go with say, 259mm rear spokes and 261mm front spokes? or should I round up on the spoke lenghts?

Go 3 cross, the disadvantages to radially lacing far outweigh the advantages which are hardly worth mentioning, it looks cool, in theory has a very slight aerodynamic advantage and saves a whole 7 grams (approx). Some will probably disagree but I have done this with my builds with no issue, its okay to deviate +/- 1mm from the correct spoke length. So just go ahead and buy all 260mm, you will not have an issue.
