Recumbent - Check this link out....no joke

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I asked a question on another post about components (bike parts) and didn't realise it to be so huge of a topic. Anyway, I did a search and found this link and reviews for just about every part on a bike, any bike.
This link will keep me reading for days, check it out. it's really something else. Someone has done a hell of a lot of work on this one.
http://www.mtbr.com/reviews/
When you get there scroll down to the lists of stuff and click on what you are interested in.

Right Steve, anything's possible but for a old newbe like me, just getting back into bikes. The lists for all these different components, and all in one site makes for a good reference point and give me the names of most OEM's so I can always go to their own web sites for further info.
Thanks for the heads up. The old saying....you can't believe everything you read. In the least it will save me some time searching.

I agree it is a good place to start. but then do a search here and on usenet. I usualy find more info here if there is info about that item.
Although a bit dated, here's a decent Shimano's hierarchy:

And another good resource link:
