I'm looking for a hard shell airline bike box to fit a 64cm/25 1/4" frame. I contacted Sci Con in Italy and they said their box can only handle up to 60cm. Somebody told me that there's a company that makes custom fiberglass boxes to fit any frame size. Does anyone know their name (he thought it was Iron Horse or perhaps Iron Bike, but he couldn't remember since the box is in South America). I'd appreciate any info on off the rack boxes for big bikes or custom made ones.
