got my new shoes today, Sidi Dominator 5 Megas...yum yum. I took them out for about 13 miles...they're super stiff and fit like a glove, high arch support, adjusting to it, but overall a good ride and the shoes are feeling pretty good so far.

hey, c'mon, the mans gotta have his bling! Sidis are like the jordans of the cycling world. as soon as you scuff 'em, you need a new pur.
Yeah man, having Sidi shoes makes you faster. Like all those little Honda Civics that have that little "Type-R" sticker on them that gives an extra 5 HP. I wonder if I'd get an extra 1 mph if I upgraded from my sweet Dominator 4 to the new 5? Nice shoes man!

I don't know whether to laugh or cry. Or post a shot of my inner tube collection.

You thought it was silly to spend $49 on a kickstand but you have bought 3 pairs of cycling shoes :D
Are they all the same type or did you get road and mountain shoes?

2) Don't post said photo
3) Don't create a thread about them

Nothing is wrong! The Tahos work excellent for being able to walk in and still ride clipless, the SIDIs...20 minutes of walking and I'm ready to fall over. The Duegis are simply uncomfortable...I'll keep them as a backup pair incase I mangle a shoe or something...mentioning all this I'm looking to pick up another pair of trail/casual shoes as my Tahos are starting to wear pretty bad on the bottom and the stitching is coming look in certain areas.

ok, ive never had true cycling shoes before, but will be buying some soon.
do they fit like normal shoes? i mean, are they supposed to be any tighter or anything?
or, if there is a straight conversion from US sizes to the cm or whatever theyre measured in, is it safe to get that?
Cool post. You are obviously very secure with your manhood to post a pic of your shoe closet :) :)
