Triking Granny

Greetings! I stumbled on this forum while looking for advice. I recently bought an EZ-3 trike to enable me to still ride after severe arthritis. I am a retired biomed engineer and a full time granny hoping to learn about enhancing my trike experiences.

Triking Grandpa here. I am 54 years old, got two grandkids in town.
Welcome to recumbents...
I own a three-wheel Catrike recumbent.
Bought it last year. Ride about 100 or so miles a week.
With my two-wheeler, I had neck, arm, back, and shoulder aches. Have none of these with the Catrike.
Other advantages is not having to put your feet down at an intersection, can drink coffee when riding, can sit and eat on the trike, and ofcourse no pain as I had on the two-wheeler.
