Hello, I stumbled onto this site while digging for info on bikes. I live on Long Island, and I guess I'm a neophyte rider. I have an old Cilo bike that I ride sporadically. I do a few 50 mile tours a year, with some riding in between. As I've gotten older, some of the distractions have disappeared and I want to ride more often. I'm looking to upgrade to a decent bike that won't break my budget. I'm looking at the Bianchi's, notably the Campione and the Eros. I'm weighing the whole double vs. triple chainring thing. There's a lot of knowledge on this site, and I'm going to tap into it! Thanks in advance to all who help me out!

I went for the triple, I'm over 50 and fat so the triple is really nice with the 18%(estimate) grade hills in my area. If you don't mind looking like a dork buy a recumbent,
:p I did and I love it, a great comfy ride.:)
