Hey-
Anyone have experience with Gore-Tex ride-on cables? I've heard they are hard to install correctly, but I've heard the benfefits outweight the trouble. Is this true? Thanks for the input!

They come with instructions that are fairly easy to follow. I have them on three of my bikes. They work well and seem to last longer than other cables. They've been on one of my bikes for over two years with no problems, which is why I added them to the other ones.

I have them on my Airborne, 3400 miles, 11 months, no problems. Then again, my last set of ordinary cables on my tourer is 4000 miles and about 20 months old, and they're fine too.
