Now that we did the "music you can't play too loud" thread, what's your guilty pleasure tunes?
You know, the music you crank in the car when you're alone but wouldn't be caught dead buying the CD at the local store.
I caught a bunch of Loverboy tunes in a bad comedy central movie this weekend and it made me think about those tunes.
Loverboy's hits
In the city(?) NWA
Dokken hits
Our lips are sealed. Go Go's.
I'm sure I'll think of more as the day goes on.

Wow ... that I'll admit to? :D

J Lo's Love Don't Cost a Thing

There's a Justin Timberlake song or two that I kinda like

Poison, Men at Work, and the coup de grace: House of Pain, as in the whole album. Yeah I know, I know...

There's an album that was out many years ago, can't remember the name, but it was an album of duets by Barbara Streisand and Barry Gibb (of BeeGees fame; yes it was a while back).

Then again there is the Christmas album by Mel Torme that I like and love to torture my oldest daughter with. . .

I have a TON of random 80s music that is aside form my usual musical tastes, but I love nonetheless. Most 80s music is very catchy, but shameful to listen to now. Hall and Oates and Airsupply jump to mind at the moment.

At the moment Gwen Stefani's "RIch Girl" is so bizarrely addictive. Any time I flip past it on the radio I HAVE to come bakc and listen. It's beyond explanation.

I though the Go Go admittance was bad. J Lo and Justin Timberlake. You may want to check the testosterone level next time you go to the doctor.

Yes, but we are constantly discovering new and old crap we are hesitant to admit. Sometime the old memory needs a little jog. :D

Gambler, I like it!!! Excellent choice.
Happened upon "If I had a hammer" yesterday. Don't even remember when or where but I do remember playing the little 45 over and over again when I was a kid.
Drove my older sister nuts.

Driving older sisters nuts is FUN, but they usually pay you back!

Hey Klondike, I drove through your town last week, I was on my way to Port Angeles. Sure is a sweet area, how's the riding there? Were you at the Moab fest this month by any chance? I met some really nice guys there from that area.

I don't think it's a very good song, but I have to sing along to In The Year 2525 (Exordium & Terminus) every damn time I hear it.

The riding is pretty good around here. Just right out of town we have a huge area owned by a local timber company that they let non-motorized traffic use as long as we don't trash it. Lot's of woods, clearcuts, double and singletrack. No big climbs or descents but make a great area to take newbies or kids to.
Green Mtn is my personal favorite. It's down a little south closer to Bremerton. Great singletrack. The Wildcat Lake trail is probably the most popular. When I'm in decent shape, it is a 45 minute climb and 7 minute descent. Yahoo!!!!! :D Down a little further south in Belfair/ Tahuya is a big state forest area with over 100 miles of designated trails(plus a whole bunch of unofficial!)
Port Angeles also has a lot of good riding. You probably drove through Sequim on your way to PA. Lot's of good riding out in the National Forest area.
If you come up this way and want to do some riding, post another message and I can at least point you to some trail books.
Not in Moab. Probably know the guys though!
Only time I've been to Moab was on the Harley last summer. July is not a time to be there. I went West across highway 50 to Reno, then North through Bend to the Stonehenge replica and the back home. Love the variety of country you get through there. Within 3 days we had red rock desert, tree filled mountains, grass windy plains and uniqueness of the Columbia River Gorge.

That Gwen Stefani song is really not that good, but it's catchy. And who doesn't like Fiddler on the Roof? C'mon.... ;)

I really like listening to Tom Jones when I work out. And Michael Jackson too. That Thriller album is the best. I still can dance out the whole Thriller song. It's really fun.

Sorry if this is too obscure, but I'll listen to it anyway:
Santa Clara Vanguard Drum and Bugle Corps
or the
Concord Blue Devils Drum and Bugle Corps.

I never marched, but it goes right to the core of my being.

I miss watching the Drum and Bugle Corps competitions. After I graduated college, I used to watch the championships on PBS. Alas, I haven't seen it lately. :(

They use to hold a huge competition each year up in South Milwaukee, or Racine? You could make a weekend of it Koffee. You can ride up along the lake, would that work?

I didn't know. I thought there was a big one in California or something. I wouldn't mind going to one this summer if I could coordinate it into my schedule.
