Well your going to get a lots of people saying "don't buy an x-mart bike", I am one of those people. But seeing that you have no intentions to use it for trail riding, I would go with the huffy because its a hardtail. The Mongoose, I can say, is a piece of junk.

aigth well it will be used for a little trail riding but not a whole hell of a lot probably 2 miles every week

If you only have 100 dollars to spend go to a pawn shop or the LBS and get a used bike.

ya dont have had used bikes and they suck and my lbs is to expensive

Stick to the hardtail (the Huffy), or try to find a decent used bike. An entry level bike shop bike is about $250-300. If you could find one second hand you'll probably only pay about the same as the X-mart bike and have a much higher quality bike.

so i should buy the huffy???

If it comes down to do or die, the Huffy is the best bet.

ok thanks guys i sorta new it was gonna be the huffy

Yeah...I mean I rode a huffy for 2 years( when I was 13 and 14) at well over 250# and had no issues with it...so huffys can handle the streeet stuff....Just don't go all hardcore and think you can freeride with it. LoL.
