Once I start riding my road bike more often, I would like to put it to financial use by making some $$$$. Is there any way you can make money with your road bike besides being a professional racing star like lance? Or posing with it in some dirty mag? I have noticed that most races or cycling events opened to the public actually charge you a fee to ride in it? Do most of these events offer a cash reward or prize for finishing in top 3?

Do any of you know how to make $ with your road bike?
