two adult men were riding bikes on a moonless, overcast night crashed into each other. One was coming down a long hill, the other going the other way. Both were riding in the middle of the road, neither had a light, or a helmut. In that area of the West Coast of BC, there are no lights, Both were taken to hospital, bikes were toast. Neither was charged... :rolleyes:

I have come colse to that happening. though I had light and all some fool going the wrong way turns a corner or comes out from behind a car.

I can just imagine the scene from a third-party perspective... It's the kind of thing you'd see in a disaster comedy.
