I'm in Manassas but not riding BMX any more. Whn I was, it was all race. Are you aware that the track in Woodbridge (NOVA BMX) got it's start with Robbie Miranda? He and his friends were riding trail in the area and were persistant enough to get PW county to build a track at the county stadium complex. His mom, Jane, still helps out at the track and Robbie generally does a clinic at least once a year.

I've heard of some of the places you mention, but never been. I think they ride at Van's at Potomac Mills too. I would occasionally hear someone at the track mention that they were going to Van's.
