Has anyone else had a problem with the black plastic part cracking off their locks?? I just bought this on guard lock and am quite angry about it.

It's a sad joke.

I dropped mine about 5 feet and it broke like a toy!

I just bought an OnGuard PitBull DT two weekends ago. The screws within the mounting plasticware loosens themselves after a while. I have to check/tighten them more than I wanted to. Piece of cr@p. Check out their insurance disclaimer, too. If someone uses a powertool to open/destroy the lock, they are not responsible to pay for the loss. The lock owner is also required to submit within 15 days of purchase the receipt of the bike that the lock is going to be used on. I have four bikes and I will use it on the bike I take with me that day.
