Critical Mass video right therr. ---> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=okjgtYLihEM

Quality is sub par cause I only used my digital camera's video mode, but it's still fun to watch.

If you were on the ride yesterday you will probably see yourself.

Critical Ass video will be up some time soon, but first i need to sleep.

Nice CM pics... couldn't make it out unfortunatley.

This week I was offering free bike tune ups at work in order to get people ready to ride in for bike week. A total of 8 people brought in their rides. Hopefully they'll ride in next Friday (that's the day we're targeting as our bike to work day). Every year a couple more people get involved (3rd year). Some of them were interested in learning about maintenance and repair. Cool!

That bike films night at Yasi's looks interesting. I think it's next Saturday.

eyefloater came down w/ some ****ed up **** and blacked out last night (well, I woke up, felt awful, went to the washroom and blacked out a few times in there). Today my body's been devoted to flushing all fluid from my system (yaaay) and making me feel absolutely exhausted (+ bonus crushing headache action). I don't know what the hell's going on, but hopefully it clears up by tomorrow (back to work).

I hope the ride went well - feel free to let me know how it was.

Edit: got my spell on.

90k? I thought it was ~72? Did you do an extra loop or something?

It seems like every week some lightweight feels the need to tell you how to ride your bike. Unfortunate, that.

I was gonna go on the FFL ride but last night some of my buddies were over so I decided to polish off the case of red cap. I ended up in bed around 2am and woke up at 7 severely dehydrated and feeling like ****. I've gone on rides in that condition before and its never fun or pretty. Plus I only like going on rides where Rob has to commute across the city to go on.

On the up-side, I just played several hours of oblivion!

Yo operator, I decided just to meet up with the FFL guys at the halfway point in Aurora on Henderson - got there around 11 am, but maybe I missed you. Anyways, I did the rest of the route with a couple people I met last time and I gotta say, Keele is a great road.

After the finish at Finch, I decided to go downtown and visit some u of t friends on Elm, but got intercepted by the Falun Dafa parade/protest around Dundas/Yonge so had to walk down to Queen and bike from there. On the way back home, I took Yonge up to 16th ave and went across to Warden.

Yo jeremey, distance and speed/time startpoint? Feel a bit slow from this mornings ride.

i usually start at jet fuel (519 parliament) at around 10 and do somewhere in the neighbourhood of 100km. well, if you're slow then i'm slower and more out of shape these days.

on another note, i found that riding to the pub is a sure fire way to prevent over-drinking. knowing you have to pedal home keeps you from ordering that last round. i've done it intoxicated before and it was really dumb, i admit but better than a DUI anyway.

Op - i'll be riding north anyway so if you're not up to coming downtown we can meet up the burbs and do a loop if you want.
