*sigh* English man english. Geekinese is not a language, nor a protocol.
Sorry OP, purposefully mis-spelled words make me crazy. You find a couch? You can always catch a nap at the bus station..
Should be good weather though. You simply won't ride up in the middle of the night?

Couple questions. Any ChinaTown crawlers know where I might look for a USB cable for my new Motorola V551?
I have the control software already *cough Limewire* and just need the cable....it's a new connector, not the compact camera connection like the previous generation of Motorolas...smarty bastards :)) 80 bones for cable and software.

AND: When I was young (20's) there was nothing I wanted to do more than run the TDF. Are any of you entertaining the idea of the Race to Replace and heading down to the speedway and giving it a kick? Even just to roll alongside the team(any pro team) would be a thrill...or is that just me?

Operator...yea totally proprietary. Right beside the charger connection 14 contact points...they got smart as many folks were using digital camera cables. I'll get a pic up later...let's see if the site has a pic....

Of course Rogers won;t sell the cable all by it's lonesome, Motorola does though, so I'm thinkin' it HAS to be for sale somewhere in Chinatown.

I keep imagining all the frat boys (& various other mouth breathers) at the NIN show when Peaches plays and laughing to myself. I hope she plays "shake yer dix", although I won't be there to witness it unfortunately.

ps. speaking of cervelo, I finally remembered what kind of bike it was that I see Mr. TreeTrunkLegs riding downtown sometimes. I kept thinking it's a cervelo, but it's an Aquila.

Fork looks like a swap in, but is that the Rossin track frame I've been mulling over or a road conversion? Anyone notice any specifics of it?

That does look like the steel track frame. I can't believe there is toe overlap on that bike..end sarcasm.
I have an extra ticket to the Zappa plays Zappa show tonite if there are any fans out there. Very good seats. Damn...I sound like a scalper. P.M. me if interested.

Thanks for the links guys.....looks like a trip to Pacific Mall.
I'm gonna do a crawl around China Town Centre and Dragon City first, you never know what you might find at some little glass booth there.

I was talking to a messer friend last night about the possible finish the the alley cat. If it's finishing on the island then the ferry is going to be an equalizer similar to the airport in the Amazing Race. This will lead to a balls out sprint on the dock to the finish, so keeps the legs warm during the wait and the boat trip. Squats and such, maybe a red bull.... As well, watch out for two footers as opposed to two wheelers on the island. When in town look to pass the streetcar on the left as one race a semi-pro racer apparently splattered someone getting off the streetcar and ended up being charged. The messenger raced around the left and was loooong gone. Just a little tactics to consider. Above all, be safe and have a blast.

Urban Legend? A story floated across the table last night about someone during an alley cat who apparently shot in between two streetcars as they passed each other. I've come pretty close to not having a choice in testing this gap, but have never traversed it. Legend or do you think it can be done? One hell of a photo if it can be done.
