if you're in india town try the "BBQ Hut", buffet at lunch and excellent menu too. or "Lahore Tikka House" if you dig the whole sitting on picnic tables / eating on plastic plates sort of experience. real cheap though.

No it's in the east... gerrard a little before Carlaw on the north side.
There is the stuff factor to that.... dinner time is better for stuffing.

Hey guys - i thought i'd share this link that came up on the FGG forum when i started a thread about a $400 messenger bag i saw on ebay. it looks like the maker is somewhat of a legend in the SF fixie/messenger community and so people are willing to pony up some sick dough for a simple messenger bag. anyway, this guys flickr site is just awsome, just take a look at some of the keirin frames and vintage MTBs he has. not to mention the espresso makers. who's up for a trip to SF to raid this guy's apartment?

man I used to live by that place, it took me a year to get over the fear of just entering the plastic walled tent thing they set up in the summer. but once I finally tried it I was there at least once a week.

that's erik jones, maker of those crappy zo bags. i posted that link in a zo buckle thread or something.. seriously though, super nice guy..he helped plan my japan bike sightseeing itinerary..talk about a storehouse of bike history! major coffee fiend too (as you can tell by the site)..i sent him some jetfuel beans and he sent me back some home roasted brazilian. nice. i'm looking into some unroasted stuff for home now too.. zo always has something good to say about toronto too. i think he really enjoyed his time up here. i was fortunate enough to not pay $400US for one of his bags and it pretty much lives up to its hype. that things's built to last. his bags didn't used to cost that much. one of his bags (used) went for alot on ebay awhile ago.. i think $400+.. and he figured if someone's going to cash in on his bags, it should be the guy who's been making them for the past 20 years. keith/cavernmech knows him a lot better..
scroll down for pics of various zo packs. jim-bob's got lots of stuff.. mentioned something about how he'd hang out with zo's dad back in the day. (??!??!)

You think that's funny, there was a girl at my high school who was (unfortunately) named "Genuine Ho". Great stuff. Especially when her name was announced over the P.A in the morning.

*P.A* Would Genuine Ho please come to the office, Genuine Ho

Also reminded me of this.

On an unrelated note: I'm starting to get some creaking while doing any sort of pedal resisting... any suggestions? This was happening the last time I brought my bike to urbane for the chainring bolt issue and the tall-lanky-guy-who's-name-I-never-remember checked the tightness of the crankbolts into the BB.. but it's still doing it. I guess it could just be the BB, eh?

wd-40 the pedals where the cleat goes in...

Ahh yes, the late night build session. Nicely done, and I hope you post pics soon. :)

As far as the Pake goes ... ya, I suck. It'll happen though. **** gets a bit pear-shaped sometimes and personal projects have to go on the back burner for awhile, you know?

toronto BF should have a bike build/tweak slumber party @ cavern's shop. haha
that would be awesome!

btw, whoever was asking about nitto B-123 bling bars.
I was kicking around in the back taking stock of all our NJS approved stuff and theres actually a few more 42cm's in the back.
also another intersting note is that the marinoni lam leater straps in black and white are in @ 20 bucks (which I greedily stocked up on)
