So this rig ain't loaded up, but it will be tomorrow morning. All the guys, Mike, Carl, Shawn, and me seem ready. I took the bike out for a spin with the trailer and I like it. It feels solid and stable, especially on turns which is nice.
I'm sure I'm too heavy for this particular trip, but it will be good practice when I am weighed down with warm weather clothing, etc.
Well, not really much else to say. Gotta get some rest. Wish us luck. I am excited and ready to go. It looks like we're pretty much sticking to the planned route (http://www.cyclingtheamericas.org/Route/Florida/Florida.html). Shawn will probably break off around Arcadia to go North.
