Why would a thread called Hello from Ohio be moved out of the Introductions forum, and why wouldn't I have "permission" to access it after it was moved?

It was moved to shamelss promotions because it was an ad.

OK, this is driving me bat**** to be honest. The thread was supposedly "moved" not deleted yet it no longer appears among the author's recent posts. At least if I'd tracked down that other author I would have found the moved post. ???

Originally the thread was moved to Shameless Promotions. Then Shameless Promotions was replaced by various Marketplace forums and what had been S.P was deleted. In these new Marjketplace forums, one must be a contributing member in order to start a thread. If you know the name of the author, you can send him/her a private message. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance with this issue.

"To the female riders, are you afraid of riding alone?" was an ad? These spammers are getting crafty with their thread titles, especially as the same person started the on-topic "Anyone else late starting and out of shape?" shortly before!
I'm still confused about why HELMET GIRL's moved spam post shows up under her recent posts while juf2m's moved spam post does not, but I guess I will just try to think about something else...
