What distance race are you considering? Assuming you're doing a sprint distance race your biking should be fine. How about swimming and running?

IF you can average that kind of speed, assuming you can run and swim, you will be fine. As long as you aren't entering the age group national championship, You will likely finish solidly in your age group. Based on the triathlon I did Saturday, less than one third of the women in your age group averaged 18.5+ mph on the bike.

Unless you are competing for a championship it doesn't matter how fast you are. Just do you best. Everyone is a winner no matter how fast are slow he or she is. Good luck and enjoy the event.
