My bike has Magura Julies on it, and I need to bleed the front brake. I have done this before, but I need more fluid. The Magura website and manual say to use Magura Blood, which is basically 10 weight mineral oil. My LBS only stocks Shimano mineral oil(no weight listed), and they weren't 100% sure if it would work properly with the Magura oil already in the brakes.

Should I use the Shimano oil which I can get now, or suffer through a weekend of beautiful weather waiting for my Magura oil to arrive in the mail?

What harm are you suggesting I might commit or have committed??

I haven't done anything yet, I'm not going to go headfirst into this with both eyes shut only to find out that I end up with a toast front brake.
