Hi.
I'm a Tokyo roadie (Yokohama roadie really but I commute by bike to Tokyo.) I try to do the 50km r/t commute four times a week and that's most of my miles.
Long club runs on Sunday, hill climb races and some endurance events pretty much completes the pedalling picture.
Any other Tokyo/Yokohama roadies out there?
