Mountain Biking - If you're banged up...

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

My knee is pretty much healed from my crash two weeks ago, and I can ride fine now.
But my arms are sore from doing manuals and hops for a few hours yesterday and today.

Heh, yeah. I guess it's the time of year for most of us to dust off our bike skills and start riding a lot, and that comes with a couple injurys :P

After two days of riding, 17 miles on dirt, 26 miles on pavement, my ass is sore and my legs are smoked. Going through a rock garden, some jackass stopped in front of me and sent me flying package first into my steerer tube. After the sick feeling went away, I have a huge bruise right next to my privates that hurts every time I sit down or stand up.

Still dealing with a three-month-old ankle injury that's just not going away. It's fine when I'm on the bike but, when I have to get off to hike-a-bike (like I did 5 times yesterday while doing knee-deep water crossings), then it's not so nice.
