Aside from EBay, can anyone suggest a site with used tandem listings.

Thanks

Thanks very much. I had certainly never seen this and it looks great.

I believe thats where we found ours. We put up a Wanted to Buy ad & got a couple responses, one of which panned out for us.

I have been monitoring ebay for several months now for tandems. Ever since December, the selection has totally dried up.

I was going to buy a used tandem, until the local dealer (Tandems East, southern NJ) pointed out there are tandems in the $1300 range. I bought new instead.

I bought a used Trek T100 from a local shop with the hope of getting my wife interested in tandem cycling, and she does not share my interest, despite my best efforts. So I have a tandem (captain:21.5" seat tube c-c; 22.25" top tube c-c)(stoker:19.5" seat tube c-c; 28" top tube c-c)(w/b 69") with Deore DX 18 speed (chainrings 28/38/48; AL/AL/steel) & Deore cranks; Shimano bar-end shifters;Mafac brake levers; Deore brakes f/r (rear XT pads); drum brake; new alloy stoker seatpost; Tru-temper butted chro-moly frame made in USA; Tange single-butted cro-moly fork; 5 bottle-mounts (3 cages); AL luggage rack; recent bike shop tune-up (where I bought it).
Since this is not going to be of use to me (I will have to be happy riding solo on my Klein Attitude/Litespeed Classic) I want to give it a good home, and am open to offers. The paint is scratched but I don't see any terminal wounds/dents. Any shipping costs will be the responsibility of the new owner.

What's the standover height for the stoker; My wife has 68cm inseam, or about 26" standover. I'm not familiar with the T-100. What year is that, and how many miles? Thanks
