hey
i just started racing and pulled off a 4th but i was wondering how should i set up a vt2 how much air and all that. does anyone race adelaide mountain bike club

Nah i dont race AMTBC but i race Downhill with Inside Line.

As for setting up your shock/fork, click Here (http://www.answerproducts.com/home.asp?cvar1=4%2F14%2F2005+3%3A29%3A14+AM) and then click on "3 steps to spv set up"

thats not very nice im only 10 lol. and im in under 16's. i would like to see u do better. is there anyone out there riding a vt.

yeh i got a vt as well and that site really worked it got me a 3rd place
