For those that keep your bikes indoors how do you store them? What kind of rack do you use? Have any of you ever used the "Gravity" lift or rack system?

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. Right now we are three bikes deep in my living room and I don't have a really big living room.

Thanks in advance.

we have a bike room, but I can't imagine most people have a some crazy extra room that you wouldn't want to use for something else.
Yeah, a lot of people make those types of things, heck you could if you were so inclined. They work. They also make special hooks that screw straight to your wall so your bike hanges vertically (tires against the wall for support) if that would be better. If you put them in the corners they would be pretty close to the other wall so they wouldn't just stick out straight into the other room. I'll look for a link of what I'm talking about.

here's a link (http://www.theparkcatalog.com/DEF/Items/173-1001.htm), this place has some other stuff that looks like it could work too.

I have something similar to the Sharper Image rack, and loved it when I was in a previous apt. Makes the bikes a bit of a showpiece, IMHO....
