On eBay I recently saw a listing for a trailer trike (called a caboose?). It looks like the basic trail-a-bike style trailer except that it has 2 wheels (maybe 18" apart?) and has a basket in the back. I don't know what the brand is or anything else about it. It was recommended for ages 6+ but I don't know why it wasn't recommended for a younger child.
It seems like it would be a lot more stable than the standard trail-a-bike with the added convenience of a storage basket for a bag of groceries or stuff for a picnic. I just don't want to buy something like this on eBay without knowing anything about it. Btw, my daughter is 4. I think she'd be big enough now for a trail-a-bike but I'd be more comfortable with the extra wheel :).
Has anyone used anything like this? Any idea of where I could get one or who makes them? Thanks in advance.
