I scored a nice 1982 (late '82 I think) Specialized Stumpjumper the other day. It is an awesome, all stock bike I will make into a touring bike that cost me a grand total of $15. My question is this. The paint is chipped in a few places and it looks like it is chrome beneath the silver paint. Does anyone know if the frame is actually chromed?
