I have done everything that I can think of; removed, cleaned and regreased the bb; removed, cleaned the cranks; checked for wear and tear on the pivot joints. Nothing seems to stop this dammed creak. It's driving up the f*****g WALL! Anyone out there have any suggestions on what may be doing this or how to stop it. Please!!!!

Have you checked the seat post? I had the same problem when my bike was new. It creaked when I pedaled. Thought for sure it was the crank/bb. Turned out to be the seat post. Funny how sound travels in those frames.

Like Dirtgrinder said, probably the seatpost, or sometimes they put a fillring between the seatpost and frame to get the right size, this gives a huges creak (btw, fillrings are bad)
Have you checked your coilspring (if you have one), they make sometimes noise as well
