I am brand new on the forums!
I was reading an article in the Sun Herald on Ryan Bailey,
and they were talking about the upcoming Tempe 1000.
I have never heard of this race? I assume it is a track-based,
1km race? Could someone shed some light on the subject?
Also, are there any Aussie track cyclists on the forum?
Perhaps it's part of the Events Du monde $10,000 Track Carnival at Tempe Velodrome on 29 Oct? (info from nsw.cycling.org.au).
There are a few Aussie guys around the forums who ride track (& road as well). I suppose the Track forum & maybe the SS/Fixie forum would be the place to find most track cats.
Thanks champ. Does everyone around here speak your lingo?
No worries. As for lingo, mostly - 'tho outside of the Aussie/NZ regional forum there are a few "issues" from time to time Apparently not everyone is used to the Australian tradition of sh*t-stirring.
