Frame Identification?

I'm looking at doing a cruiser project and found someone selling this frame, anyone have an idea of what it is? I'm going to look at it and take some more photos, but not sure if it's something that would be easily identified.

Its a step through Rose colored frame .. Proceed .. the brand does Not Matter. The Big Chinese factories make Many Brands, a name chosen by the Importer.

I'd get a coaster Brake IGH replacement rear wheel if I were living in a place not quite Florida Flat.
