What brand cruiser do you recommend for new bike rental business?

Hi,

I am starting a cruiser rental business and would like to know what you guys think would be the best model cruisers to buy, as far as quality, comfort, durability, visual appeal, and maintenance/repair costs. I will be delivering these bikes, so a lighter option would be best.

One of the established local companies use 3G cruisers.

Please let me know your thoughts!

Thank you.

Suggest you don't look like the "other guy".
Consider An Electra Townie 7D ?
these are easy to ride, are fairly adjustable & have basic easy to fix components

ps- also consider Worksman Cycles - made in USA, but a little chubby.

Does not matter, Much, Just sell them off in the winter at your (dealer's) cost and get new ones in the next spring.

you minimise the in-season repair costs that way.

Since this is a business I would concentrate on bikes that look good, are flashy, or are calming. If you notice, a lot of people like to look at bike pictures. When you go to advertise your business and use the pictures of your bikes, if people like how they look they will rent from you.
