Advice on Electra KOA 3i

I recently purchased this bike and I actually don't even have it in my possession yet.
I can't find any reviews online.
Does anybody have any experience with these? Will a 3speed be okay? I'm second guessing my choice and wondering if I should have went with a loft.
Also, my bike comes with a front porter rack with the wooden slats... any idea of what I could install over those to make it more useful? Basic wooden crate? Removable
Tote? Any help would be much appreciated.

Well the front porter rack is basically a rack for beach towels, small cooler bag, etc., just like the back rack You would normally see that front rack as a "camp ground" bike...aka KOA style.

The three speed is fine. Its the standard shimano Nexus system most mfg's like to use. Pretty much simple and maintenance free.

You got a good bike, Electra is a top line, I dont think it will be disappointing...

How could you possibly buy a bicycle without seeing, touching or at least reading about it.

Buy first, research after. What's the problem?

IMHO the bike was a good choice and the rack is stout enough for most parcels. Just get a bungee net to strap it down.
