Need help identifying
The serial number is R768391 and is located on left rear dropout.

can you take a photo of the crank and chain ring? That would help, presuming it is original to the bike.
Also, what brand name (if any) is on the coaster brake arm? If it is a Bendix hub, does it have any colored rings on the body? If so, Blue, Red, or Yellow, and one or three rings?
The hub info will help date it somewhat.
From what I can see, I am leaning toward Murry, maybe 1980's to early 90's
