11-speed chain tool choice?
I need to purchase a chain tool that will handle everything from single speed up through 11-speed.
Park CT4.3 seems to do everything except Wipperman chains for $60
Pedro's Tutto seems to do everything without exception for $70
Any informed opinions/preferences? Thank you.

Given there is No going back its shortening only any more No adding links , pressing out a pin to shorten to length is less critical
Campag and Rohloff's chain tool do attempt to peen the Pin head to male it more secure.
(my Whipperman are 3/32nd")

If you want/need to press in and peen a specific joining pin then the Park tool is the one to get. Also, the Park CT-6.3 presses in all Shimano and Campy pins and peens the Campy's and does not have the Wipperman disqualifier so it's the most versatile.
If all you are going to do is shorten a chain and then join it with a master link (KMC, Wippermann, SRAM or KMC links for Shimano and Campy), then any chain tool will do fine.

Anyway, it's a moot point now as Nashbar is having a 21% off sale so I just ordered the CT4.3 for $47.40.

Boy, you only gave us less than 90 minutes to get our recommendations in . For the record, I have the Tutto, and used it when I replaced the chain on my Campy 11 speed (due to changing cassettes, not because it was worn out). The Tutto worked just fine, and does allow you to peen the pin. Oh, I may also have used it to replace the chains on my fixed gear and winter commuter (8-speed KMC).

I have procured a good supply of KMC missing links and that's what I'm going to use after cutting. If a guy won't spring for a couple bucks for a missing link and wants to be "peened" instead, he's gonna have to take his bidness elsewhere!
One thing I do need but haven't been able to find is missing links for single speed/fixie chains. They come with new KMC chains, but if a guy has a bike with the chain already installed and wants to install a missing link, where can I buy just the links?

Anyway, that "middle spacer bar" is a "loosening shelf" left over from the 5/6-speed days when you did reuse standard pins by pushing them back in. When you reconnected the chain you almost always wound up with a tight joint at that spot. You would put the chain over the loosening shelf so the bottom side plate was unsupported and turn the press pin down until it hit the tight pin and then a small fraction of a turn more. That spread the plates a tiny bit and made the new joint free to move. It's obsolete with master links or special joining pins if installed correctly.

Your point is well taken; and I aologize profusely. It's just that when I saw the 21% off and I have been waiting to order a bunch of cheapo tires and then I saw that they had the CT4.3 and everything was in stock and all, I was instantly seduced. My eyeballs were replaced with big dollar signs. Kind of temporary insanity. Sorry.

Funny I just watched a video the other day on using the Campy 11 speed chain tool. And looked at the price for those things. Wow, it was a lot. I do love my tools and one of these days I'll get that tool. But for now, I'll get a KMC chain and quick link for my new 11 speed.
