90 degree fitting for M785 hydro brake lever
I'm planning on using M785 hydraulics on a recumbent with a very narrow handlebar ("hamster bars"). The stock hose is quite rigid, and the tightest radius I can make with it is undesirably large. I'd like to get a 90 degree'ish fitting for the brake lever so the hose is directed straight "down" from the lever.
Years ago I bought a banjo fitting/bolt for a pair of Hope hydraulic brakes and accomplished something similar. Does anyone know what fittings would accomplish this for M785 levers with stock hose? I've seen there are aftermarket hoses (Goodridge, etc.) that have their own fittings, but I'd tend to just use the Shimano hose (I already bought an extra long length for the rear brake) ... though those same aftermarket hoses may have a much tighter radius they could be bent to, making the 90 degree fitting unnecessary.
