front wheel

Front wheel is not sitting in centre of front forks the wheel is closer to the fork stantion on the disc brake side by about 1cm something.. is it true or ?

<1st Guess> Open the QR skewer with the bike standing straight up, then close it again. ... you didn't put the wheel in Right.

Yeah,def doesn't look like the wheel is in right. Unless your forks are bent. Flip the bike upside-down,and let gravity help you get the wheel all the way into the dropouts on both sides.

Wheel must be dished/on center. Forks must be straight side to side. Drop outs must accept the axle the same side to side (and the QR skewer springs properly installed). Fork blades must be of the same length. Andy.

1. Verify you have the axle ends properly in the forks.
2. Flip the wheel around so the disk is on the wrong side and see how it sits. Same problem ? Same problem, but now closer to the other fork blade ?
