Son's BMX is making a rubbing noise in rear hub

Probably best to just watch the video I took of the noise.

https://youtu.be/Xwyc5-ad5lw

Basically, it sounds like something is rubbing, similar to rubber rubbing against the frame, but inside the rear hub. I'm guessing something with the coaster brake. You can see that when I move the pedal back just a tad, the noise stops. The bike and coaster brake work fine.

Thoughts? It's a cheap bmx from toys R us because he'll only use it for this summer and maybe next. We bought it used for $70. Otherwise it's pretty nice.

I was thinking of taking the coaster brake apart, cleaning it, re-greasing, and putting it back together... but this is new to me.

Yes, take it apart. There's a chance that putting it back together with fresh grease will be the solution.
