whats an ISG?, MSG, I Know about..
posting a picture of the thing to see what you are talking about is 1 option.
Hiring an aluminum welder's services to weld what broke , back on , is another option,
Leaving it at a bike shop and having them fix it is another option.
buying a new frame or whole new bike, is always possible..

Since posting, I got curious and tracked it down. It seems to be some kind of mount for a front chain keeper of some kind. Apparently some are fixed to the frame and some are clamp-on accessories. So possibly the OP can use a clamp-on version to solve his problem.

It's a chainguide mount standard, three tabs that extend from the BB shell.
Short of having a new tab welded on you could possibly use an adapter. I know I still have old style BB mounted chainguide mounts floating around in the parts bin, the kind held in place with the BB cup.

If it's just a mounting tab either steel or Al I'd think any competent welder could weld it back on.
